In the context of the LeMO Project, Bird & Bird researched and analysed – together with the other Project partners – the legal, ethical and social issues and opportunities pertaining to the use of big data in the transport sector. Our research findings are not only available online at www.lemo-h2020.eu/deliverables/ but have also been summarised in a series of 17 articles, which will be published on the Bird & Bird website on a weekly basis. The first article (https://2bird.ly/2sdvZBj) published is an introductory article that aims to present the LeMO Project, the different topics that will be covered by the article series, and some useful background information to keep in mind while reading the series.
The series of articles has been made possible by the LeMO Project (www.lemo-h2020.eu), of which Bird & Bird LLP is a partner. The LeMO project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement no. 770038.
